allows anyone to create or edit any article, so we can all work

What's new and exciting in the SB/XA world

June 24, 2011 - SB/XA 6.1.0 is released.
This is the most stable and complete version of SB/XA to date. The major feature is the ability to extend your applications with custom and third party controls, which provides the opportunity to really take you applications to a new level.
May 17, 2010 - SB/XA 6.0.2 is released.
Yes a new and improved version SB/XA is out the door. This version is reportedly significantly more stable and has an enormous number of fixes and improvements.
November 13, 2009 - SB/XA is released
After close to 4 years in development, the next generation of the System Builder development environment is released.
October 1, 2009 - SB/XA is officially owned by Rocket Software, Inc.
The deal between IBM and Rocket Software, Inc. has been signed, sealed and delivered.
August 13, 2009 - The SB/XA Wiki is first created.
Based on request by numerous SB/XA developers, a place for developers to share information about SB/XA has been created. As the product is only scheduled to be released on November 13, 2009 (to be confirmed by IBM), very little content can be made public at this stage.
